Fixtures, jigs, custom mechanisms
Automation parts are bought one at a time, then ordered again a year later. We keep the programme and the fixtures, so a replacement bracket or a new gripper jaw fits the machine it was built for — without a second round of sample parts.

Standard machining tolerance is ±0.05 mm, and ±0.01 mm on features you mark as critical. Locating bores can be held to H7. Tell us which dimensions actually matter — over-tolerancing is the fastest way to raise cost without improving the part.
No. We machine one piece as readily as one thousand. Unit price improves noticeably at 50, 200 and 1,000 pieces because setup and programming amortise, and we use the same programme and fixtures from prototype through to series.
