A loop is only as good as its weakest joint. We machine GPU and CPU water blocks, micro-channel cold plates, skived fin heatsinks and G1/4 fittings — the parts that decide how much heat you move, and whether the loop stays dry.

Standard machining tolerance is ±0.05 mm, and ±0.01 mm on features you mark as critical. Locating bores can be held to H7. Tell us which dimensions actually matter — over-tolerancing is the fastest way to raise cost without improving the part.
No. We machine one piece as readily as one thousand. Unit price improves noticeably at 50, 200 and 1,000 pieces because setup and programming amortise, and we use the same programme and fixtures from prototype through to series.
