Copper or aluminium cold plate for CPU, IHS and high-power electronics.
CPU cold plates look simple until you measure one against a heat-load target. We machine copper and aluminium plates with milled or skived micro-channels, jet-plate impingement patterns or a plain serpentine channel, depending on what your pump can actually push. Flatness on the contact face is held to 0.01 mm and the mounting hole pattern is machined to your socket pitch, so the block seats evenly instead of rocking on one corner.

Every batch is checked on a coordinate measuring machine, with calipers, micrometers and gauge blocks on the shop floor. A dimensional report is available with each shipment and first-article inspection is free on series orders.
We sign an NDA before you send anything sensitive. Drawings are stored on an access-controlled server and only the programmers and operators assigned to your part can open them.
STEP (.stp/.step) or IGES (.igs) for 3D, PDF or DWG for 2D drawings with tolerances and surface finish. If you only have a physical sample, we can reverse-engineer it — and a photo with the key dimensions is enough for a budget estimate.
Standard machining tolerance is ±0.05 mm, and ±0.01 mm on features you mark as critical. Locating bores can be held to H7. Tell us which dimensions actually matter — over-tolerancing is the fastest way to raise cost without improving the part.
