Description

A loop is only as leak-free as its weakest joint. We machine fittings from C3604 brass or 304 stainless steel on Swiss-type lathes, so the thread pitch, the sealing cone and the hex flats are all concentric in one setup — that is what stops a joint from weeping after a few thermal cycles. Bore surfaces that touch the O-ring are turned to Ra 0.4 µm or better, and every thread is checked with go/no-go gauges.Standard G1/4" BSPP is in stock; NPT, M14 or your own port geometry can be machined to drawing.

Quality control

Every batch is checked on a coordinate measuring machine, with calipers, micrometers and gauge blocks on the shop floor. A dimensional report is available with each shipment and first-article inspection is free on series orders.

Frequently asked questions

Can you work without a drawing?

Yes. Send a sample part and we will measure it and produce a drawing for your approval before machining. This is common for replacement parts and legacy equipment where no drawing exists.

What materials and finishes are available?

Aluminium 6061/7075/6063, stainless 303/304/316L, carbon steel, brass, copper C1100, titanium Ti-6Al-4V and engineering plastics such as POM and PEEK. For medical parts we can supply EN 10204 3.1 certificates and ISO 10993 compliant materials. Finishes include anodising (Type II and III), nickel plating, sandblasting, passivation, electropolishing and knurling.

How do you ship, and who handles customs?

DHL/FedEx/UPS express for prototypes and small batches, sea or rail freight for production volumes. We ship EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP or DDP — with DDP the duties and taxes are settled on our side so nothing is owed at customs.
