Description

Drone arms carry bending loads at the lightest possible weight, so material choice and fibre direction matter more than raw strength. We machine 7075-T6 arms with pocketed webs that remove up to 35 % of the mass without losing stiffness, and we drill the motor bolt circle in the same fixture as the mounting face so the motor sits flat. Cable channels, antenna slots and heat-sink fins can be integrated to cut part count in your assembly.

Frequently asked questions

How do you ship, and who handles customs?

DHL/FedEx/UPS express for prototypes and small batches, sea or rail freight for production volumes. We ship EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP or DDP — with DDP the duties and taxes are settled on our side so nothing is owed at customs.

How do you protect my design?

We sign an NDA before you send anything sensitive. Drawings are stored on an access-controlled server and only the programmers and operators assigned to your part can open them.

What file formats do you accept?

STEP (.stp/.step) or IGES (.igs) for 3D, PDF or DWG for 2D drawings with tolerances and surface finish. If you only have a physical sample, we can reverse-engineer it — and a photo with the key dimensions is enough for a budget estimate.
