Vibration-isolated bracket with tight bore alignment for camera payloads.
A gimbal bracket has two jobs: hold the camera exactly where the software expects it, and keep motor vibration out of the image. We hold bore alignment within 0.02 mm so the gimbal does not fight a mechanical offset, and we can machine damping pockets or leave material for your rubber isolators. Thin walls down to 1 mm are possible in 7075, which matters when every gram is payload you could be carrying instead.

Every batch is checked on a coordinate measuring machine, with calipers, micrometers and gauge blocks on the shop floor. A dimensional report is available with each shipment and first-article inspection is free on series orders.
Standard machining tolerance is ±0.05 mm, and ±0.01 mm on features you mark as critical. Locating bores can be held to H7. Tell us which dimensions actually matter — over-tolerancing is the fastest way to raise cost without improving the part.
No. We machine one piece as readily as one thousand. Unit price improves noticeably at 50, 200 and 1,000 pieces because setup and programming amortise, and we use the same programme and fixtures from prototype through to series.
Quotes are returned within 24 working hours, usually the same day for simple parts. Production lead time is typically 7–20 working days depending on complexity, material availability and finishing.
