MACHININGDongguan Hairuixing Technology Co., Ltd.

Thin-wall tubes, binocular bodies, baffle cones and eyepiece holders — machined to one datum.
Beyond single tubes we also machine complete optical bodies: binocular shells with their connecting bridge, baffle cones with anti-reflection ridges, and eyepiece holders with side ports. The optical tube is the part that decides whether your optics stay aligned. We machine it from 6061-T6 seamless tube and finished bar, holding bore concentricity within 0.02 mm over the full length so that the objective and focuser sit on the same axis. Wall thickness down to 1.5 mm is routine; thinner sections are possible with a mandrel fixture. Internal baffle threads, dovetail rails and focuser flats are machined in the same setup to keep everything referenced to one datum.

Every batch is checked on a coordinate measuring machine, with calipers, micrometers and gauge blocks on the shop floor. A dimensional report is available with each shipment and first-article inspection is free on series orders.
STEP (.stp/.step) or IGES (.igs) for 3D, PDF or DWG for 2D drawings with tolerances and surface finish. If you only have a physical sample, we can reverse-engineer it — and a photo with the key dimensions is enough for a budget estimate.
Standard machining tolerance is ±0.05 mm, and ±0.01 mm on features you mark as critical. Locating bores can be held to H7. Tell us which dimensions actually matter — over-tolerancing is the fastest way to raise cost without improving the part.
No. We machine one piece as readily as one thousand. Unit price improves noticeably at 50, 200 and 1,000 pieces because setup and programming amortise, and we use the same programme and fixtures from prototype through to series.
